She supports women to ditch SHAME and take back control of their bodies and the language surrounding them to stop being ‘FINE’ and access the right information and support to reduce their menopause symptoms so they can lead the life that they deserve.
After working in the NHS for 38 years as a Midwife, Educator, Transformational Healthcare Improver, Sunday Times Bestselling Author, Public Speaker and Registered lecturer Maria has always had a passion for Women’s Health.
For years she has supported women from woman to mother but now she’s supporting women during the Peri-menopause and Menopause to take back control of their lives.
At 55, she has learnt through her own experience of menopause carried out her own research and has completed recognised menopause training for health professionals. She is a member of the British Menopause Society to keep updated with recent research and evidence to share with women.
There is so much information available on the Internet and in the media, Maria gets it, she gives women the shortcut in small actionable practical steps without overwhelming and a step-by-step approach to reduce the symptoms of the menopause.
Menopause is a life-threatening and life-limiting condition changing the approach and our attitude to this condition requires thinking out-of-the-box a fresh approach and that is exactly what Maria offers.
