My mission is to empower women, encouraging them to let go of shame and reclaim control over their bodies and the way they talk about them.

By breaking free from the notion of being ‘fine’ and providing access to accurate information and support, I aim to help women effectively manage their menopause symptoms, enabling them to lead the fulfilling lives they truly deserve.

What the HELL is Peri-Menopause?

Perimenopause, is often referred to as the menopausal transition, is a natural phase that precedes menopause in a woman’s life. It typically starts several years before menopause itself and is a normal part of the process although it doesn’t feel normal.

During this transitional phase, a woman’s menstrual cycle may become irregular, with variations in the length of cycles and changes in the flow of menstruation. Some months, ovulation might not occur, leading to missed periods. At the same time, hormone levels may fluctuate, which can result in a range of symptoms.

  • Weight Gain – Meno- Belly
  • Itchiness of Legs

Having experienced motherhood and going through the confusing phase of perimenopause myself, I felt a strong desire to support other women facing similar challenges.

To do so, I have established a secure and encouraging FREE Private Facebook group. In this community and ‘safe space’ we can come together to share our experiences, provide comfort, and exchange valuable insights regarding menopause.  Additionally, I regularly organise interactive challenges aimed at assisting women in effectively managing this transition and gaining comprehensive knowledge about the topic of menopause.

My mission is to create a space where women can find the understanding and support they need to navigate this transformative journey with confidence and empowerment.

I want to ensure support is available and affordable to every woman so I offer a variety of packages from 1:1 support, self guided coaching, corporate coaching and high end events.

At beginning of this year, I made a conscious effort to face areas of my life that made me unhappy. My weight and my body image, self-conscious and generally unhappy, overweight and couldn't find clothes to fit So I have managed to lose 2 stone and feel amazing. Has a knock-on effect for the better on my joints, skin and mindset. I made the decision to seek a new job that would be better suited to my needs. Nailed a new job in a brand new school in the office. I'm delighted, terrified, excited and nervous but well up for the challenge. Being in your group definitely helped me realise I could do this.
